Bakery concentrates are dry mixes that have few components such as starch, baking powder, emulsifiers, salt, proteins, etc. Like the rest of our bakery mixes, they are pre-measured to perfection to use in your favourite baking recipes. These concentrates not only simplify the process for your baking team, but they ensure consistency in taste and texture, reduce preparation time, and minimize the risk of errors in ingredient measurement. Blendtek has off-the-shelf recipes that are proven favorites, or we can design something specific for your business.
